I'm blown away at the amazing level of customer service. Our AC stopped working late in the evening, in the middle of this crazy hot summer! I messaged Priority Cooling and they literally came to the rescue first thing the next morning. Also, it was nice to know you weren't getting ripped off. Eddie was the technician who came out, he quickly fixed the issue, and was nice enough to give us tips on making our 18 year old AC unit last as long as possible. Most places would pretty much convince you to replace it just to make money (especially with our unit being so ancient!). I'm grateful for honest people. I would highly recommend them!

A couple of years ago, our A/C froze. We had one of the run of the mill franchise big brand companies come out because they were the only ones doing service calls(These things always happen on the weekend) we were advised the coils are bad, we have to let them thaw and it would be 1500 bucks for new ones. Meanwhile we were left in the 95 degree house without 1500 to pull from anywhere. Eddie and Priority Cooling & Heating came HIGHLY recommended through a close friend and a quick phone call brought him to the house. Needless to say the diagnosis was not even close to as critical as previously thought and nowhere near the price. Same day, fixed and ready to go not to mention much kinder to our wallet, a serious life saver. Fast forward to last weekend, Our A/C begins to short cycle. Now it's been several years and it has run fine up until this point. Unfortunately it was Saturday(Again) and I have long since changed phones(twice probably). We had ARS come out at the suggestion of the in-laws.50 dollar service call to say we need a new blower/relay/capacitor and that may not fix the problem, and it would cost 1900 dollars. Of course we got quotes for a new inside & outside unit and that would be 9k. After the tech/comfort specialist left, we kind of began to worry as summer is around the corner and it is only getting hotter. I began to scour my contacts looking for this dude's number on the off chance I could get it. I texted and messaged everyone who might know and poof! Got it, once again, one phone call brought him to the house. Polite, empathetic, thorough and knowledgeable. He went through and checked everything, and I mean everything that could possible be wrong. The unit, was dead, and he felt bad giving us the bad news. He gave us a few options but ultimately they would be temporary(21 year old unit) so we decided to go with a new inside and outside unit, his price was not even close to the previous quote and had it done by Good Friday evening, saving us over the Easter weekend. I will never go with anyone else for my A/C needs and can not recommend them enough. The company is honest and helpful and genuinely cares about it's customers. Few and far between are these companies anymore, thank goodness for this one.

Eddie came highly recommended by our electrician and he did an awesome job. He took great care of us after our home was struck by lightening. His quote was cheaper for the same work than another company that broadcasts commercials wanted to charge. I will definitely use him again.

Eddie is the only person I would ever call again for HVAC work. When we moved to our new house, the AC system was already dead. I called around for a few quotes, and was not happy with what I was hearing. Then I called Eddie. Wow, it was like a completely different experience. He looked at the system and pointed out what issues he saw, and asked me what I was looking for. I explained that I just wanted a basic system, and understood there were better things out there, but didn't need or want them. Eddie delivered. His price was well below what the competition was trying to sell me (something more than I needed or wanted). When it came to the install, he was very polite and super fast.
We actually ended up calling him back to do another job for us. That time we were having some more insulation added (something he recommended when replacing the system, but didn't force us to do). His machine broke, and he went out and rented a new machine, at his expense, to make sure it could all get done that day. He was very responsive the entire time, and explained what he was doing and why.
I've already recommended him to two colleagues, both who ended up using him. If you haven't called Eddie yet, do yourself a favor and call today!

Our AC went out last night..Eddie was at my house this morning.. had the AC fixed in 30 minutes!! They are local, family owned and operated and came highly recommended from several friends..I can see why. He and his son are super nice, honest, knowledgeable and extremely affordable. Description Of Work: Determined the source and fixed my malfunctioning heating system.
Priority Heating and Cooling is awesome! My gas heating system quit working shortly after New Years Day. I suspected that I might need to replace the pressure switch. I phoned Priority at 9:00 am on Friday, and Eddie arrived 30 minutes later. The problem turned out to be an obstruction to the blower fan. Eddie fixed the problem, inspected and tested the system. He only charged me the $35.00 trip charge. Great service at a terrific price. I highly recommend Priority!

When we moved into our new house we had a 20 year old AC system that just wasn't doing the trick. We called two companies. One gave us a quote that was over 2X what Priority quoted us, so we went with Priority after a good referral from a friend. They did an amazing job installing our new system and adding some much needed return air vents. When the system was better but still not great, we had them back out to add insulation to our attic. After that, the system worked beautifully. They were all very courteous and polite and did an excellent job. I'd definitely call them again for any AC needs, not that I expect to have any more now!

Who in Texas wants their AC to go out in June? It happened to me. I had three companies come out for estimates, all promised about the same thing, and the estimates were vastly different. First was $4700, then $4000, then Eddie came in at $3000. He said he doesn't advertise (the other two companies advertise heavily on radio, and they have to pay for it), and so, by word of mouth, he's able to keep his prices lower. My inside unit and outside units were replaced, and he hauled off the old ones. He cleaned up the work area. He was very punctual.
He was out the same day, he gave me options, including telling me that he could get a new unit THAT NIGHT, but the folks at the supply warehouse charge to come out after 8 pm, and he would pass that additional cost on to me. I chose to wait until the next day, and I had a new AC in under 24 hours, at a significant savings over some of the competition. Eddie told me he would return to check on everything the next day, because the lubrication in new systems takes a while to even out (like the break-in time on a new car, I guess.) His warrantee is as good or better than the companies that do all the radio advertising.

He came out on Saturday, found what was wrong, went to the store on Monday, as it closed on Sunday, came back, and installed the part on Monday. I called him on a Saturday, he said he would be there around 7 pm and he came. He found out was wrong, quickly. He didn't charge me extra for Saturday. They did excellent service, the price was reasonable, and because I am Angie's List, he gave me a 10% discount. I used his service about 3 weeks ago too, and he was in the area, and came out within 15 minutes. I like service people that come in to put on shoe covers and he didn't. I give him high ratings and will continue to use him in the future.

He was very reasonable. I called him and he picked up his phone right away. He came right away. He was at my house the day I called him. He came out and looked at it. It was just really reasonable. It was 5:00 on Friday afternoon when my AC went out. I was dreading going through the weekend without cool air. I called several companies, described my problem and was told that I needed a new compressor, and that it would cost between $1800 and $3000! The soonest anyone else could come see me was the next day, and there was not a guarantee they could fix it before Monday.
My last desperate attempt was to Priority Cooling & Heating. I gave the same description over the phone, and Eddie told me that what I had been told by several other companies did not sound right. He wanted to come see it -- NOW. Within 45 minutes he was at my house -- diagnosed a different problem that only cost $550 to fix. Went to get the part Friday night, and by 8:30 Friday I had cool air again!! It is great to work with someone that cares about the customers, and goes out of their way to be honest and fair! It was a fantastic experience!!
